In order to establish criteria for the development and implementation of a quality system in the construction industry, Mexico has decided to adopt the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), particularly those relating to the designated construction as ISO 9000. ISO 9000 standards and guidelines provide adequate bases for companies establish quality systems in their organizations.
